If you purchase a service package (e.g. workflow setup, integrations, custom automations) and we have not delivered any billable work within 30 days, you may request a full refund. For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel and request a refund for the current billing period within 14 days of initial charge if you've not yet used the service.
Note: We do not ship physical products. All deliverables are provided digitally via your Boring Automation Co dashboard, email, or shared online workspace.
Within 2 business days of payment, we'll reach out to schedule your kickoff call and gather any necessary credentials or access.
Weekly progress reports via email, with unlimited comments/revisions until final approval.
Since we deliver only digital services, there is no "return" of physical goods. If you're unsatisfied with deliverables, please refer to our Refund Policy above or contact support to discuss revisions.
Cancellations within 48 hours of purchase incur no penalty. After that, submit a refund request per Section 1.
Cancel any time by logging in to your account or emailing support@boringautomation.co. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; no prorated refunds except under the 14-day satisfaction guarantee.
